New client acquisition & existing account development: You focus on winning new customers by proactively contacting potential leads from our CRM. At the same time, you identify cross
and up-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Needs analysis & solution development: You analyze prospects' processes and derive appropriate IT solutions. For complex requirements, you work closely with our IT project team.
Solution presentation: You persuade clients with professional presentations and present tailored solutions.
Proposal management: You prepare customized proposals, actively follow them up, and negotiate through to a successful close.
CRM & lead qualification: You document your activities in the CRM, maintain your pipeline, and qualify incoming inbound leads for the sales process.
Requirements
Initial sales experience in an IT environment — ideally with a focus on new client acquisition
IT know-how & curiosity — you have technical understanding of managed services, software and hardware, and a strong interest in the latest IT trends
Passion for sales — you enjoy exciting customers about products and building long-term relationships
Self-responsibility & entrepreneurial spirit — you work independently, target-oriented and with a high level of commitment
Strong communication & persuasion skills — you present confidently, negotiate skillfully, and act professionally
Willingness to travel — you are flexible and happy to visit customers in the region
