About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and analyze sales data in Salesforce
Create and monitor deal reviews, forecasts, and quality control
Prepare contracts and coordinate cross-departmentally
Support the creation of pitch presentations and organize annual and quarterly reviews
Perform performance analyses and identify upselling opportunities
Act as the central point of contact for internal sales documents, meetings, and onboarding processes
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations
Solid background in Business Administration
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Structured and organized way of working
Proactive mindset
Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English
