About this role
Role Overview
- Maintain and analyze sales data in Salesforce
- Create and monitor deal reviews, forecasts, and quality control
- Prepare contracts and coordinate cross-departmentally
- Support the creation of pitch presentations and organize annual and quarterly reviews
- Perform performance analyses and identify upselling opportunities
- Act as the central point of contact for internal sales documents, meetings, and onboarding processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations
- Solid background in Business Administration
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Structured and organized way of working
- Proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English
