Strategic Sourcing and Market Intelligence: Map, identify, and proactively engage top talent globally using a multichannel, data-driven approach. Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles.
Competency Assessment: Design and conduct robust assessment processes, including competency-based interviews and case studies, to identify high-potential candidates who are culturally aligned.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Recruitment and Selection, with responsibility for the full recruitment cycle.
Language: Fluent English is required for communication with candidates and international stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to use data to inform recruitment decisions and strategies.
Interpersonal Intelligence: Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and candidates.
