Support the commercial team in managing and organizing contracts, amendments, commercial terms, and project
and client-related documentation.
Prepare, review, and control commercial documents such as technical/commercial proposals, NDAs, contracts, presentations, and internal forms.
Monitor administrative and bureaucratic processes across the commercial cycle, from supporting proposal preparation to handover to engineering and project teams.
Maintain up-to-date commercial records, controls, and files, ensuring traceability, version control, and compliance with internal processes and group requirements.
Act as a liaison between the commercial, legal, finance, and technical teams.
Provide support for interactions with international clients and teams.
Assist with monitoring deadlines, submissions, and contract renewals.
Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of commercial processes.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Commercial Analyst, Contracts Analyst, Sales Operations professional, or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience with commercial documentation, contracts, and administrative processes within the commercial area.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields.
Fluent English (required for written and verbal communication with international teams and clients).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
