Role Overview
Audit and provide strategic direction for project execution
Review and evolve implementation models
Hire, train and develop high-performance teams
Evaluate leaders and define ongoing development plans
Define consultant allocation per project
Analyze billing, costs and area forecasts
Define and monitor operational KPIs
Act to resolve escalated issues and mitigate risks
Organize meetings to standardize and simplify solutions
Forward validated solutions to the project office
Lead improvements to the implementation model
Ensure product mastery and implementation process compliance
Act as a mentor and coach for leadership
Implement process automation and digitization
Promote innovation, continuous improvement and reduced rework
Manage change in high-pressure, complex environments
Requirements
Experience in strategic project management
Experience in leading and developing teams
Experience in cost management, billing and performance indicators
Experience in data-driven decision making
Experience in consultancy or services environments
