Execute strategic sourcing and market intelligence: Design and implement global research strategies using advanced Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter to map competitor organizations and identify high-quality, passive executive talent.
Partner with senior stakeholders: Collaborate closely with hiring executives and Human Resources Business Partners to translate complex business needs into actionable search strategies and diverse candidate slates.
Manage the executive candidate lifecycle: Lead specific executive searches independently while ensuring a premium, high-touch experience for prospects from initial outreach through to qualification and offer negotiation.
Requirements
Significant experience in executive search or talent acquisition, with a specific focus on executive-level hiring.
Strong knowledge of advanced recruitment tools, including expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (such as Workday), and the development of impactful presentations for executive audiences.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, demonstrating the confidence to advise senior executives and the agility to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving business climate.
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience, coupled with a deep commitment to moving the needle on diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership hiring.
