Grow relationships with Webflow’s largest and most strategic Enterprise customers, deeply understand their challenges, and develop a solution and plan to achieve their goals with Webflow.
Build, manage, and forecast a healthy enterprise pipeline of large and complex transactions — from outbound prospecting to multi-stakeholder close.
Establish and nurture relationships with Economic Buyers, Champions, and key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts.
Lead and coordinate onsite customer meetings from prospecting, to agenda, meeting content, preparation, and execution.
Build the business case for Webflow through deep discovery, understanding of business challenges, and articulation of quantified metrics verbally and in writing.
Negotiate annual and multi-year SaaS agreements that align value, pricing, and long-term partnership outcomes.
Position and articulate Webflow’s vision, platform capabilities, competitive advantages, and business value clearly and compellingly.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, Education and Engineering to inform go-to-market strategy and deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success to support seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing growth.
Contribute to shaping Webflow’s upmarket strategy by sharing insights back into the business
from market trends to product gaps to competitive intelligence.
Requirements
10+ years of quota-carrying experience, including 3+ years closing complex enterprise deals at larger organizations with a Strategic or Major account focus.
Proven success selling a disruptive SaaS product into large, sophisticated buyer environments.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Proven ability to navigate enterprise procurement cycles, legal processes, and multi-threaded stakeholder environments.
