Responsible for selling a comprehensive portfolio of services
Develop customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain and further develop existing contracts
Continuously monitor contract fulfillment
Develop creative solutions to customer requirements
Generate new business opportunities and identify sales prospects
Collaborate with the local field service organization and other members of the service sales team

Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent
Ideally 1–2+ years of sales experience with demonstrable success in Agilent's markets or in enterprise services
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biopharma, and chemical analysis industries is advantageous
Motivation to work from a home office
Willingness to spend approximately 30% of time in the field to visit and advise customers
Networking skills to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English, and the ability to work effectively in a team
Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other IT systems
