About this role
Role Overview
Overall responsibility for the sales performance of 3Shape Lab Solutions in the DACH region
Achieve revenue growth, pipeline development and market share gains
Identify and close new business opportunities and expand existing key accounts
Drive upselling and cross-selling activities across the entire 3Shape portfolio
Actively manage and regularly visit dental laboratories across Germany to analyze their needs and workflows
Position the complete digital 3Shape ecosystem (scanners, CAD software, LMS, services)
Drive digital transformation in the lab and prosthetics segment
Represent 3Shape Lab Solutions at events, trainings and webinars in the DACH region
Work closely with distributors to successfully execute sales activities
Train, coach and support reseller sales teams through joint customer meetings
Participate in regular business reviews and strategic sales planning
Coordinate closely with local and global teams (Marketing, Clinical, Product)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the dental industry
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and acquiring new customers
Experience in key account management and complex sales cycles
Knowledge of dental CAD software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape Dental System or comparable)
Strong understanding of digital workflows (lab & clinic)
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Business fluent English
Training or background as a dental technician is an advantage
