Role Overview
- Serve as the dedicated data partner for various community teams
- Build and maintain automated dashboards tracking community life cycles
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to enhance community health and engagement
- Deliver regular reports that quantify the impact of community initiatives
- Collaborate with teams on community-facing experiments
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in data analytics, growth marketing, or community insights
- Expert-level SQL is a must
- Proficiency in databases, data visualization tools, and CRM (e.g., BigQuery, HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Experience with Python or R for deeper statistical analysis is highly preferred
- Ability to provide strategic insights from data
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical audiences
- Deep understanding of Reddit’s unique community dynamics is a plus
