Present and negotiate key deal terms with customers
Develop account plan activities for target accounts and coordinate account selling tactics with brand sales resources
Drive consistent implementation of account strategy across the sales organization for target accounts, engaging fully with the sales force
Assist in prioritizing account projects/initiatives to address changing customer and market requirements
Ensure the account contracting process for all managed care sales is accurate and up-to-date, including key operational terms, rebate rates, administrative fees, market basket details, and formulary position information
Support communication with Brand Team and Managed Markets sales force leadership regarding account-specific programs, activities, and pull-through messages
Provide accurate and timely communication on timelines, bid processes, and bid requirements, proactively identifying issues and challenges with accounts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in pharmaceutical and/or health care/sales including experience with different account customer types
Demonstrated project management and team development ability
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence peers
Demonstrated communication and platform skills
Understanding of financial concepts and contracting issues including legal and best price implications
