Define and communicate the product's strategic vision, aligning it with RD's guidelines and the Product & Engineering teams.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from conception and development to launch and post-launch monitoring.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify best practices, opportunities, and trends to incorporate into the product.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as data engineers, data scientists, and business teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Define, monitor, and ensure the achievement of goals and KPIs that reflect product success and business objectives.
Requirements

Experience managing data products or complex technology products, with a focus on measurable results.
Ability to lead the product lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring value delivery.
Analytical capability to conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support decision-making.
Strong ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with different teams and stakeholders.
Experience with agile methodologies and a culture of experimentation applied to data products.
Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, and business intelligence solutions.
Experience working in data-driven product environments with performance metrics.

Previous experience in technology or SaaS companies focused on growth and operational efficiency.
