Own the system delivery of a simplified wireline ordering experience for all sales reps selling SMB wireline products across all sales channels
Leverage technology and advance system capabilities while driving the strategy to remove ordering experience friction and bringing closure to issues impacting it
Develop talents in structured problem solving, project and product management, cross functional teamwork and powerful communications
Requirements
Business or technical educational background (e.g. IT, engineering)
5+ years of progressive and relevant work experience in product management or project management
Managing vendor relationships
Prior experience in telecommunications
B2B experience
particularly in the small and/or medium business segments
