Proven experience in sales, key accounts or in a similar role within the automotive refinish, paint or industrial sales sector.
Strong market knowledge, including market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
Technical experience, especially around products and application methods.
Sales experience within a technically driven market sector, and of selling through distribution.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
