About this role
Role Overview
- Develop automated document templates based on client specifications using Avvoka’s no code document automation platform
- Implement conditional logic, variable fields, and structured workflows to ensure documents are created reliably and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks to ensure templates generate correctly under various conditions
- Troubleshoot formatting, logic, or templating errors and refine as needed
- Engage directly with clients to understand their document automation needs and challenges
- Modify and enhance existing client templates based on feedback and evolving business requirements
Requirements
- Strong logical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word styling, numbering, and formatting
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with our internal Customer Success, Product and Dev teams
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or low-code automation platforms (bonus)
- Understanding of conditional logic, data mapping, and API integrations (bonus)
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or SQL) for advanced automation (bonus)
