Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience leading product initiatives involving workflow automation, intelligent systems, or advanced automation platforms
Experience shipping AI-enabled or automation-driven solutions into production environments
Strong working knowledge of LLM applications, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, APIs, workflow automation, and decision engines, with the ability to guide production implementation
Strong systems thinking skills and ability to structure ambiguous, high-complexity operational problems
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is preferred; RCM experience is a plus.
