Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Automation Chemistry & Immunoassay Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Siemens Healthineers’ footprint in laboratory diagnostics.
Identifying, developing, and converting new customer opportunities across a defined geographic territory.
Leading strategic sales campaigns and delivering tailored solutions to address clinical and operational needs.
Supporting account retention and expansion through consultative selling and workflow analysis.
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales environments (e.g., capital equipment, medical devices, diagnostics).
Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling.
Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including Chemistry and Immunoassay workflows.
Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman).
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.
