Manage and support a team of 2 Partner Marketing Specialists: coaching, skills development and performance tracking
Define and deploy Pennylane's partner marketing strategy in line with business objectives
Provide regular reporting on the team's performance and partner initiatives
Develop and lead the co-marketing strategy with fractional/part-time CFOs: identify opportunities and structure partnership programs
Design and execute targeted co-marketing campaigns aimed at their clients (micro and small businesses / SMBs)
Nurture relationships with this key partner segment and identify new synergies
Create marketing content and collateral tailored to partner needs and target audiences
Oversee relationship management with technology partners, accountants and integrators
Approve and optimize co-marketing campaigns: webinars, events, shared content, etc.
Analyze campaign performance and drive strategy optimization to ensure a positive ROI
Ensure alignment with internal teams (connectivity, partnerships, marketing, sales, product marketing)

Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing with responsibility for running and developing partner programs (ISVs, resellers, referral partners)
Managerial experience: ability to coach, develop and grow a team
Strategic vision: ability to define a partner marketing roadmap and execute it
Excellent internal and external communication skills across different levels of stakeholders
Advanced proficiency with B2B marketing tools and techniques (automation, analytics, CRM)
Leadership and influencing skills to unite stakeholders around cross-functional projects
Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Autonomy, proactivity and strong organizational skills
