Role Overview
- Owns full strategic direction and coverage of regional map
- Assess needs and issues to maintain existing Install Base
- Set upgrade pricing strategies
- Develop strategies to expand footprint within existing install base
- Approach Academic accounts
- Confidently differentiate Accuray technologies from competitors
- Execute on territory plan
- Manage and nurture relationships with installed base
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers
- Identify and capitalize on upgrade sales opportunities
- Provide continuous support throughout product lifecycle
- Primary contact for installations and service agreements
- Educate customers regarding new capabilities and upgrades
- Pick up leads for systems sales
- Investigate customer complaints and coordinate mediation
- Leverage clinical applications team for optimal utilization of Accuray systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- Proven track record of selling at both clinical and C-suite levels
- Knowledge of Accuray product portfolio
- Minimum five (5) years of professional Customer facing experience in medical equipment
- Familiarity and experience with oncology, radiotherapy, IMRT, Radiosurgery, Medical Physics
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to complete all service and sales related administrative tasks
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
- Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
