Role Overview
- Own and lead a portfolio of mid
- to large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Develop and maintain project artifacts including project charters and plans
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
- Partner closely with leaders in Support & Product to understand pain points
- Drive end-to-end readiness for new or enhanced services and workflows
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Implement and refine project management frameworks
- Use tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and other BI platforms to monitor KPIs
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in project management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Salesforce and BI tools
- Proven experience in risk management and mitigation planning
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required
