Act as a key ambassador for Ding in the market, delivering a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities, supporting hiring across commercial, data, and tech roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including CV screening coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer process support.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
Support hiring managers with recruitment logistics, timelines, and best practices.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and internal mobility.
Prepare and issue employment documentation (contracts, amendments, letters, confirmations), ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and trackers, with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
Manage and maintain compliant digital employee files, ensuring documentation is complete, organised, and audit-ready.
Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR operational queries, escalating when appropriate.
Support the setup, maintenance, and optimisation of People systems (e.g. HRIS, ATS), ensuring they are accurate, efficient, and fit for purpose.
Support reporting and data tracking across hiring and People operations, contributing to better decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance overall efficiency within the People function.
Support monthly UK & Ireland payroll processes by coordinating inputs, data changes, and validations with internal teams and external payroll providers.
Assist with UK & Ireland benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and employee queries.
Support compliance-related tasks across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition, ideally in a scale up, fast-paced or international environment.
A genuine HR generalist mindset: curious, hands-on, and motivated to learn all aspects of the People function.
Comfortable balancing recruiting, admin, and employee support responsibilities.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail — accuracy matters to you.
Proactive and resourceful: you anticipate needs, spot issues early, and take ownership.
Able to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.
Confident using Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, tracking, and presentations.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to engage with employees and candidates with warmth and credibility.
