Role Overview
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients
- Ensure insurance needs are met and provide outstanding service
- Review exposures and current insurance program for assigned clients
- Determine if current carrier is the best fit for the client
- Work with producers on plans of action and coverages for new accounts
- Provide day-to-day service, anticipate customer’s needs
- Keep customers up to date on pending changes in the insurance world
- Monitor carrier activities to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled
- Complete account reviews
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
- Maintain P&C License, required
- Proficient in the use of Windows programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
