Oversee third-party sub-servicers to ensure portfolio performance objectives are achieved, including delinquency reduction, loss minimization, and cash flow optimization.
Analyze portfolio trends and performance drivers; partner with sub-servicers to identify interventions that optimize outcomes and reduce risk.
Establish clear decision rights, escalation frameworks, and accountability models across asset management activities.
Oversee performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to guide asset-level and portfolio-level decisions.
Apply analytical rigor and sound judgment to complex asset decisions, including scenario evaluation and trade-off analysis.
Continuously evaluate asset management and servicing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Implement scalable approaches that improve execution consistency, reduce volatility, and support long-term portfolio performance.
Identify servicing, operational, and compliance risks and implement durable solutions.
Maintain and govern delegation authority matrices and loss mitigation waterfalls to ensure consistency and compliance.
Partner closely with executive leadership to present portfolio insights, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Capital Markets, Servicing Operations, and other internal stakeholders to align asset management strategy with broader business objectives.
Translate complex data and portfolio dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
