Propose and validate a medium
and long-term innovation pipeline.
Lead innovation and renovation projects: concept, briefing, development, P&L (DRE) and business case.
Monitor, analyze, report and propose action plans to improve product performance (formulation, inputs/raw materials and results).
Portfolio management: performance by SKU, region, channel and segment; monitor KPIs (e.g., margin, sell-in, sell-out, penetration, 4Ps).
Produce sell-in materials, sales messaging and tools for the sales force.
Understand and apply responsible consumption practices and natural resource conservation, in accordance with the company's HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) policies; comprehend environmental impacts and risks and be familiar with emergency response procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Advertising or related fields.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Marketing (4Ps) and Nielsen. Desirable: Scanntech, Kantar.
Experience in personal care / beauty categories.
