Assist with organizing, maintaining, and standardizing digital and physical files, records, and documentation across the Corporate Operations Department.
Support the updating, formatting, and version control of internal documents, templates, reports, and reference materials.
Assist with maintaining and updating internal and online databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of operational data.
Assist with tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables related to ongoing corporate initiatives and operational workflows.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Corporate Operations team members and collaborate with stakeholders across Legends Global as needed.
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
Sound judgment and problem-solving
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information

Flexible and responsive.
