Manage new indirect partner lifecycle from on-boarding to first sale, ensuring the partner has received proper onboarding training and sales enablement tools to generate new leads that lead to sales growth for T-Mobile for Business and the channel partner.
Ensure sales targets are established, agreed upon and achieved with the newly on-boarded partner.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure objectives are met.
Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, expanding to new use cases or net new solutions to drive continuous growth.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
4-7 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience in technology Preferred
4-7 years Technologically proficient in IoT, and/or related industry Preferred
Outstanding verbal and non-verbal skills, confident communicator. (Required)
