Drive and oversee large-scale enterprise implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, and risks to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
Design, architect, and implement effective solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of nonprofit organizations.
Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Customer Success teams to develop strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment for successful execution of projects.
Collaborate with Product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, and partners including C-level executives.
Requirements
8+ years demonstrated success in implementation, post-sales engineering or solutions consulting within a SaaS organization; experience with nonprofit tech and/or nonprofit data migration a huge plus
Strong technical skills with experience in middleware solutions (i.e. Zapier), data management (i.e. Salesforce/Hubspot integrations), web analytics, and web development.
Strategic business mindset with the ability to connect operational decisions to downstream revenue outcomes
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively.
