Role Overview
- Increase customer revenue through cross and upselling of products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Create Territory Action Plan to meet revenue goals
- Analyze accounts and identify sales potential
- Monitor account performance and address gaps in product usage
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver customer solutions
- Maintain accurate sales forecast in Salesforce.com
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Toxicology industry knowledge preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in large account environments and government account experience preferred
- Ability to work well independently and as a team player
- Competitive, results-oriented attitude with strong work ethic and high level of integrity
