Develop and execute product strategy/roadmap for Standard Fibers (blankets and bulks)
Manage the product lifecycle from gathering customer requirements to delivering growth
Collaborate with Application Engineering, Technology, Operations, Sales, and other functions to achieve growth and margin expansion
Set product pricing guidelines and track win/loss rates to identify competitiveness issues
Lead value proposition efforts and validate with cross-functional teams
Visit top product accounts and target prospects to diversify and saturate target market segments
Maintain commercial leadership in the S&OP process and ensure alignment with global initiatives
Requirements
BS degree in engineering or marketing
3-5 years of insulation industry experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in MS Office and iOS; experience with MS Dynamics and advanced MS Excel is a plus
Customer Relationships Management System experience is desirable
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
