Responsible for end-to-end ownership of assigned ForceX product lines, supporting development, fielding, production, and lifecycle management.
Drive product strategy, roadmap execution, investment prioritization and cross-functional alignment.
Define and maintain product roadmaps and technical baselines, in partnership with engineering.
Translate customer requirements, operational gaps, and market demand into clear product priorities and requirements.
Serve as the product integrator and execution focal point across various teams.
Drive product-level decisions across cost, schedule, performance and risk.
Own product-level investment planning, including IRAD priorities, business cases and ROI justification.
Partner with program teams to ensure product requirements are executable and production-ready.
Support capture and growth activities by providing product differentiation, technical positioning, and roadmap alignment.
Interface directly with customers during roadmap reviews, technical interchange meetings, and program briefings.
Assess competitive offerings, emerging threats and technology trends relevant to ForceX missions.
Establish and execute product governance, including milestone reviews and leadership decision forums.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, contractual, and export control requirements.
Work with a cross-functional team to ensure products meet profitability metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Business, or related technical field and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree Engineering, Business, or related technical field and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Experience managing complex DoW or national security systems that integrate hardware, software and external platforms across development, production and sustainment.
Strong understanding of DoW acquisition environments, and compliance requirements associated with fielded defense systems.
Experience managing complex hardware and software-based systems across development, integration, production and sustainment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoW Security Clearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership and customers.
Experience supporting C-UAS, ISR, missile, C2, or mission systems.
Prior ownership of product roadmaps and investment portfolios.
Experience working with both domestic and international customers.
Active security clearance.
Familiarity with production scaling, affordability targets, and lifecycle cost management.
