Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams
Guide teams in the adoption and consistent application of Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks
Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement and high performance
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and actionable product backlog
Coach team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile values and practices
Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders
Support teams in identifying and implementing process improvements
Promote transparency, collaboration, and open communication within and across teams
Assist in the discovery of new opportunities for team growth and development
Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align on organizational Agile maturity
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance related to Agile delivery
Engage with technical teams (e.g., Data Engineering, BI Analysts, LLM Engineers, Service Designers and Researchers) to support cross-functional collaboration and delivery
Requirements
7 years' of scrum master experience
Bachelor's degree
US Citizenship is required by the federal government for this position
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
Experience in a consulting capacity
Experience with backend SQL Server management
Strong understanding of relational database and data warehousing concepts (e.g., OLAP, dimensional modeling)
Extensive experience dashboarding (building dashboards from scratch and adding new features)
Any additional experience in Data Visualization, Customer Experience, Human-Centered design, Data Science, or Statistical Modeling is welcome
Experience working in or with the federal government
