Ensure compliance to Company policy, procedures, and Union Agreement (where applicable)
Assists in auditing their facility Quality and Production processes
Provides an assessment of plant capability identifies gaps, works with project teams and functional partners to address gaps found during audits
Ensures that all employees are following safe practices and participating in the CARE process by being proactive in their approach to safety inside and outside of work
Ensures that finished product quality, food safety, and overall sanitation procedures and practices are meeting specifications or standards
Champions and supports Six Sigma processes and approaches to lean manufacturing
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from 4-year college or university
3+ years related experience and/or training
Ability to support dayshift or nightshift required
12 hour shift cycle
Ensure Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans are current, relevant, and executed effectively to prevent unsafe conditions and adulteration of product
