Role Overview
- Own post-sale end-to-end project setup
- Track project readiness and communicate updates across teams
- Coordinate resources assignments and team availability based on scope and skillset
- Provide internal teams with resource recommendations for upcoming projects
- Support delivery team members by addressing logistical and operational concerns
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements within CS operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or CS support
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of blockchain security and/or cybersecurity
- Exceptionally organized and comfortable managing many moving parts
- Strong communicator, especially in remote and async work environments
- Excellent problem-solving, attention-to-detail and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient with operational tools including CRM systems, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack
- Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
- Experienced working within operations departments or proposal management
- Bonus: Familiarity with technical teams or Web3 is a big plus
- Availability to work EST business hours.
