Develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboard solutions, leveraging data analysis to identify trends and deliver actionable insights that drive procurement strategies and informed business decisions.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support procurement objectives, maintaining effective communication channels to ensure alignment, accountability, and collaboration.
Manage operational maintenance processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure Grainger operations run efficiently.
Act as procurement systems subject matter expert, supporting system functionality, configuration and optimization to ensure effective procurement operations.
Resolve complex procurement workflows and provide operational support across key business areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management or related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office functionality (e.g. Word, Excel, Power BI Access dB, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis or equivalent experience.
