Develop and execute a US national channel strategy to increase partner-sourced revenue and meet regional coverage targets through partner recruitment and onboarding.
Construct and implement joint business plans with national partners that include specific enablement paths, joint marketing initiatives, and mutual revenue goals.
Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial models with executive stakeholders at national distributors and strategic resellers.
Coordinate with Partner Success and Global Partner Marketing teams to deliver technical certifications, sales training, and regional lead-generation campaigns.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or alliance management within the US B2B enterprise software sector.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling partner programs specifically with resellers, distributors, or managed service providers (MSPs).
Experience managing channel strategies and business models within enterprise SaaS environments.
Bachelor’s degree and the ability to travel up to 40% domestically for partner meetings and on-site enablement.
