About this role
Role Overview
Advise and support each customer with attentive listening and professional expertise
Actively grow your client portfolio through prospecting and customer retention
Close sales of new vehicles and bundled solutions (financing, services, accessories…)
Contribute to local visibility through commercial events
Work in close collaboration with the New Vehicles, Aftersales and Marketing teams to deliver a smooth and memorable customer experience
Ensure a successful customer experience after delivery by complying with brand standards and quality criteria, encouraging positive feedback in a constructive way.
Requirements
Experience in sales, a dealership environment or a similar role
Strong negotiation skills, customer-focused approach and a results-driven mindset
Proactive, persistent and enthusiastic attitude
Proficiency in sales techniques and knowledge of the new vehicle customer journey
Valid driver’s license (Category B) required
