Ensure portioning, packaging and traceability of meat cuts in the self-service area, and operate the pre-pack machine located in the butcher’s laboratory
Work under the responsibility of the Sales Manager and/or the Store Manager
Demonstrate good customer reception skills and team spirit
Set up and maintain self-service and pre-pack displays, and provide customer service
