Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Design and document optimized processes, workflows, and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
Monitor process adherence and performance against established quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead and support continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of quality and efficiency.
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, work instructions, and quality manuals.
Generate regular reports on process performance, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
Work closely with various departments, including operations, IT, and product development, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure successful process implementation and adoption.
Ensure all processes and quality systems comply with relevant internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to employees on new or updated processes and quality procedures to ensure smooth transitions and effective execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, quality management, or continuous improvement roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable), or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab), and general office productivity suites.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly advantageous.
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
