Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to support corporate and operational use cases
Own and maintain a growing portfolio of internal AI solutions (100+ over time), ensuring reliability, quality, and business relevance
Translate business needs into clear, scalable AI-enabled solutions using approved platforms and tools
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases
Support adoption through documentation, demos, training sessions, and hands-on enablement
Act as a trusted internal advisor on practical, responsible AI usage
Establish repeatable patterns, templates, and best practices for internal AI solutions
Ensure solutions align with company policies related to security, data privacy, risk, and responsible AI use
Monitor performance of deployed agents and iterate to improve outcomes over time
Share insights, trends, and opportunities surfaced through hands-on implementation to inform broader AI priorities
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in automation, AI solutions, analytics, product operations, or technology-enabled process improvement
Demonstrated experience building AI agents, automations, or intelligent workflows
Strong ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions
Comfort working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple solutions in parallel
Experience operating independently in environments with evolving requirements and limited day-to-day oversight
Experience deploying AI tools in corporate or enterprise environments (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with agent frameworks, workflow automation platforms, or low/no-code tools (Nice to Have)
Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations (Nice to Have)
Experience supporting change management, enablement, or technology adoption initiatives (Nice to Have)
