Lead one or more large, complex projects with multiple communication channels and high visibility across the organization.
Define and maintain project scope, objectives, and deliverables by translating business, clinical, or technical requirements into actionable plans within Judi Health’s agile framework.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
Work closely with internal subject matter experts as well as cross functional parties from sales, operations, compliance, product, scrum team, and others to identify project needs and dependencies.
Interact daily with product manager and scrum teams with effective and efficient communications to ensure proper tracking of project roadmap and hold all project team members accountable for accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Mentor and provide oversight to Associate Project Managers and junior team members, supporting their development and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or health tech environments is highly desirable.
