Active Cyber LLC is seeking a Certified Workday Adaptive Planning Project Manager to lead end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations. The role involves partnering with client business teams and internal delivery teams to deliver commercially viable solutions while managing project planning, resourcing, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle project management experience, from initial opportunity through to requirement development / definition, functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live and service management
- Demonstrable deployment service delivery experience with a consulting / IT services environment
- Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations
- You will be able to intervene effectively and resolve customer escalations appropriately
- Excellent management, influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility
- Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure
Requirements:
- MUST be Certified in Workday Project Manager
- Must have 3+ years managing the Workday implementation projects
- Acting as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client
- Offering domain experience (HCM, Fins or where relevant to Workday Capability) to provide functional insight and thought-leadership
- Managing all aspects of delivery including project planning, resourcing and customer satisfaction
- Identifying requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans and other artefacts to be documented to ensure shared understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Contributing to supporting and growing the Okorio Way of delivering with excellence to our clients by partnering with colleagues and mentoring other PM's at by example and intentional collaboration
