About this role

Partner with IS-Delivery senior leadership team and functional leaders to understand strategic priorities, delivery challenges, and capability-maturity initiatives.
Develop and manage the overall initiative calendar, including milestones, dependencies, and recurring leadership forums.
Produce high-quality executive-level materials in PowerPoint and Word, including: Portfolio dashboards and summaries, Capability-maturity roadmaps, Leadership update decks and briefing materials.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of progressive experience in a Business Analyst, PMO, Strategy, Portfolio Management, or Executive Enablement role within a complex organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to independently produce high-quality, executive-ready deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging for executive audiences
