About this role
Role Overview
Analyze and document product lifecycle management processes to identify areas for enhancement.
Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and non‑functional requirements for PLM solutions.
Design effective PLM workflows and system configurations aligned with operational and strategic needs.
Develop user experience designs that improve system usability and maximize end‑user adoption.
Contribute to the development of scalable data models that support accurate and consistent PLM implementations.
Plan, execute, and document testing activities to ensure PLM system reliability and performance.
Configure PLM systems and support integrations with other enterprise applications to enable seamless end‑to‑end processes.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PLM Business Analyst or in a similar role within PLM environments.
Demonstrated capability in business process analysis and modeling, especially in product lifecycle management domains.
Strong proficiency in requirements engineering, including elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Working knowledge of Windchill PLM, specifically in BOM Management and Change Management modules.
Experience designing intuitive user experiences that enhance system usability and adoption.
Hands-on involvement in system testing activities for PLM or related enterprise platforms.
Exposure to PLM system integration, conceptual data modeling, and training delivery is highly desirable.
