Ensure the successful management of Milwaukee’s mechanical and fire protection contract and service customers
Directly oversee a team of managers and indirectly oversee a team of 65+ employees
Requirements
Five-plus years of related experience in the construction/service industry
Demonstrated management/leadership capabilities and sales acumen/experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business, construction, or engineering-related discipline) or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated profit and loss management knowledge
Exceptional ability to interact with customers and company management
