Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications
Proven experience in implementing communications initiatives that inspire and engage employees
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in creating communication products across multiple channels
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leaders
In-depth understanding of internal and corporate communications best practices
Strong operational and project management skills
Mastery of the technology and tools required to execute internal communications at scale, including SharePoint, ChatGPT Enterprise, Staffbase, Workday/Peakon, Asana, Excel, and Outlook
