Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals by actively participating and executing key sales initiatives and programs.
Direct and coordinate sales activities within the territory through the coordination of all team selling.
Develop, manage, and increase Merchandise, Equipment, and Service Sales in a specific territory as defined by Regional General Manager (RGM), through face to face consultative interactions with every customer and regular customer business reviews.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Attend all sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training programs, and industry events as instructed by RGM to promote event selling and create deeper customer relationships.
Requirements
At least 2 years prior sales experience preferred
Professional selling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Proficient computer software skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite
