Work directly with account executives and account managers to fulfill daily client requests
Facilitate client order entry and management, working with both internal departments and external clients to ensure client delivery and exceed client expectations
Communicate with Sales, Traffic, Sponsorship, and Pricing & Inventory partners to ensure the flawless post-sale execution of advertisement deals across multiple endpoints
Coordinate with Advertising Operations teams to carry out advertisers’ creative assets, brand safety guidelines, and any other specific requests while adhering to internal regulations set by our Standards and Practices team
Monitor/track and regularly report on campaign impressions and work with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders are delivered and billed in full
Generate reports to spot and resolve any discrepancies or issues in campaigns and advertisements
Work directly with Billing/Finance partners to help clear discrepancies and ensure proper revenue recognition at the campaign end.
Provide ongoing reporting to our Sales teams
Collaborate with Sales Associate Managers on routine responsibilities and future career goals
Requirements
Must possess unrestricted US work authorization
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills required to interface across multiple levels and groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Attention to detail, work ethic, and excellent judgment
Proactive driven individual and team player, ability to learn quickly, be flexible, and adapt to changing industry and organizational landscape
Desire and interest to work in a long term career within advertising sales
