Maintain teammate records including personal information, leave requests, benefits, and internal movement while ensuring compliance and a seamless teammate experience.
Coordinate and deliver an organized, positive onboarding experience for new hires and internal transfers.
Administering Nucor benefit plans and financial transactions by working with internal customers and multiple benefit providers.
Stay up to date on employment laws and HR processes ensuring Nucor remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
Generate, analyze, and interpret HR data and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support Nucor’s compensation cycles, including annual planning and bonus preparation.
Contribute to various HR projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, improving teammate experience, and driving operational excellence.
Develop and deliver engaging HR communication that support teammate understanding of programs, processes, and broader organizational updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
2 years’ administration experience in HR or related field.
2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software
SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System Experience
