Project leader of a cross-functional team with team members sitting in both the US and China, charged with leading the US launch of an Asian range imported from China
Lead communication with R&D and Chef resources based in China as well as the US-based cross-functional team
Leverage previous experience importing products to expedite the launch
Lead the team to launch OTIF so UFS can capitalize as quickly as possible on the massive Asian growth opportunity
Engage with Local Asian Trade Partners/Distributors and Operators to develop RTM plan
Stakeholder management
Engage with marketing to support asset development
Requirements
4 year College Degree or 2 years + Culinary Degree
2+ years of experience in foodservice sales
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
Product commercialization experience
Project Management experience
Additional experience in the Culinary industry a plus!
Proven track record of developing strategic relationships with decision makers both internally with key stakeholders and project team members and externally with operator and distributor customers
Negotiation skills and strong business acumen
Passion for driving results with strong experience in the food industry.
