Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with the sales representative
Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and stocked
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales and displays
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Los Angeles, CA
